Night Requiem Venue!

- Location
- GFS building, USC campus
- Time
- Check in 7:15, game on at 8:15
This Saturday night, come on down to the USC Campus in Los Angeles. www.usc.edu for directions to the campus.
The game will, as it nearly always is, be held at the GFS Building (look for Grace Ford Salvatori on the campus map--parking is directly south of the building.)
Check in will be at 7:15 with a game-on at 8:15 PM.
SPECIAL NOTE Our grand and glorious new ARST Forsaken also happens to run a monthly Forsaken Venue here in Los Angeles and it's always in the afternoon before my game. So if you'd like to bring your Forsaken character down and check out the new ARST's style of gaming (SO very sweet, trust me!!) or want to build a new character to give the game another try in a venue that really loves to play it, then come on down to the same location at noon.
That's right, 2-2-2 games for one!!
Now, the IC stuff:
[edit] All PCs are welcome to have this information IC
...Mann's Chinese Theater closed for several days as pieces of its famous Asian design facade fell late in the evening Tuesday night. Fortunately, the damage happened long after the theater had closed for the night and there were no injuries--except to several of the cement hands and feet, which may well be destroyed beyond repair due to the damage. Preservationists are already at work on those pieces, while structural engineers are examining what happened to the building itself. Preliminary evidence points to it being quake damage that only now finally snapped off due to the recent heavy rains that covered the LA area...
...Special advance viewing of pieces of a new traveling mythology museum exhibit begin this Friday at the California Museum of Technology in Exhibition Park, just south of the USC campus. This exhibit examines mythology through the ages, from the thunder-wielding Gods of the Norse era to the UFO abduction tales of today. Richard Robbins, the producer of the exhibit, will be speaking on the exhibit's high points at a speech on Saturday evening...
...Local television's sudden hit late-night TV talk show returns after a three-week hiatus of negotiations with the WGA, promising more high-energy shows along the lines of "Vampire PORN??", "Werewolf? THERE!" and "Magicians: The Ancient Crossword Cult Revealed!" This week's topic: "The Allies of the 'Shadow': They KNOW!!"...
See you then!
