[edit] Player Information
- Theme/Mood
- One of the themes present in "Werewolf the Forsaken" is that of paying for the sins of your ancestors. This venue will strive to emphasise that aspect of the game, both by highliting conflicts with The Pure, and through other major story elements, tying PC's history back to eachother through blood and pain.
- Character restrictions
- Any of the five tribes of the moon as well as Ghost Wolves are allowed. Due to the setting in the Los Angeles area, characters should consult with the storyteller to ensure that their background is compatible. Most Forsaken in Los Angeles have spent the years between 2000 and 2005 almost entirely confined to a small 1 mile-radius patch of ground in East Los Angeles/Vernon that they could defend. As such, people who have been very active in human society during those years should be prepared to explain why their character was not hunted and destroyed by the Pure.
- Proxy rules
- Proxy play is possible, though it should be well understood that the Pure control almost every route of entering and leaving Los Angeles (Ports, Marinas, Airports, Trains). Traveling into Los Angeles is inherently dangerous to proxy players, so as with the character restrictions, players should be prepared for a "bumpy ride".
- Proxy characters must be sent one week in advance of the game with a full character sheet, and description of their motivation for being their, their goals before they leave, and a description of how they are arriving in Los Angeles. Every proxy to Los Angeles carries with it an implicit threat of character death.
- Travel risks
- As described in the Proxy play section, travel by mass transit (Bus, Train, Plane, Boat) into Los Angeles is dangerous. Driving in to Los Angeles has recently become far less dangerous, but characters should still be aware that there is risk inherent in the situation.

[edit] Style
Unto the Seventh Generation attempts to balance action, mystery and interpersonal/interpack politics
[edit] Venue Rules
Rules will be followed as per the released Camarilla Addenda, The World of Darkness, Werewolf the Forsaken, Antagonists, and Ghost Stories. When the MET books are sanctioned by the current Camarilla Addenda, they will be adopted for use by this venue. Other books will be allowed for use in the Venue when they are sanctioned by the Addenda, though the storyteller may delay the introduction of new material for storyline purposes.
[edit] Visiting Character/Plot Policy
Visiting characters are welcome, but one of the focuses of the game is intra-pack and inter-pack interactions. If a character arrives alone, unless they are seeking a pack or have other goals in mind, they are likely to be quite bored, or soon dead. Visiting packs on the other hand are quite welcome.
Storytellers interested in seeding plots to the game are welcome to send NPCs with character sheet, motivation, and short-term plans. If the character can be worked into the game, they will be. If you'd like to play the character yourself, you are welcome to do so, though I will still need the listed items above.
Intrigue (politics and negotiation): 3 - Occasional Action (combat and challenges): 3 - Occasional Mystery (enigmas and investigation): 4 - Consistent (available every game) Drama (ceremony and characterization): 4 - Consistent (available every game) Darkness (probability of player character death or corruption): 4 - Consistent (available every game)
