Griffith Park is a large, forested park in the center of Los Angeles. It has been set aside as an area for hiking and recreation within the city of Los Angeles.

The Griffith Observatory no longer does much scientific research, since the Mount Wilson Observatory has much more powerful telescopes. However the Griffith Observatory has a Planetarium which gives nightly tours of the night sky, and Laser Light shows on the weekends

[edit] Greek Theatre
A large, open-air music venue nestled among the hills in Griffith Park, the Greek theatre attracts many musical acts performing in Los Angeles. It has, on occasion, been the location of vampire gatherings.

Clifford Hubbins once claimed Griffith Park as his Tenurial Domain, originally under the praxis of Barnabus Kensington, and then later under his own Praxis. Since his death in 2006, Griffith Park has remained unclaimed.
