The city of Beverly Hills sits abutting the Hollywood Hills, and is renown world-wide as a home for the rich and famous. Many stars have a Beverly Hills address, and following the early 90's television show, "Beverly Hills, 90210", it became very popular to get an address in the prestigious 90210 Area code.

Rodeo Drive is known around the world as a very exclusive (and expensive) shopping area. It serves as a "shopping mall" for the wealthy and prestigious of Los Angeles. The Beverly Hills Hotel has hosted dozens of famous visitors to Los Angeles, and was featured in several movies and music albums, notably "Hotel California" by the Eagles.

There is a small locus in Ash Avery's meditation room. There is one pack of Pure Tribe werewolves who inhabit the area, and several of their powerful spiritual allies have been known to cause problems in the area.

The Beverly Hills Hotel has long been a traditional meeting place of the Awakened in Los Angeles. It is rumored that Shade was involved in the building of the Hotel.
A Seer of the Throne pylon has had control over Rodeo Drive for several decades now, and the Concilium of Los Angeles has been unable to dislodge them despite repeated efforts.

The Hollywood Elite controls a territory near the base of the Hollywood Hills. They "reclaimed" this territory in 2006 from a pack of Ivory Claw pure tribe who had taken control of it. A second pack of Ivory Claws claims another territory nearby.

Madam Jaqueline Strout has had domain over this city for several years now. She has not made known any racks, or feeding grounds. She is rumored to haven in the hills above the city.
